Stop by my place and say hello, we have a real time chat in the store! This is one of my creations.
My store is Earth Angel Treasures.

This is a difficult time for many people and I want to share some great ideas with you. Being a single unemployed mom, I am having financial difficulties and there's a couple of things I had to do to save money. The amount is approximate, but it really adds up to great savings.
1. I disconnected my regular phone and use only cell phone. Savings about $30 per month and $360 a year!
2. I disconnected my cable TV as well, saving about $95 per month and $1140 per year.
3. I also save money on electric bill. When not in the room, I turn the lights off. Unplugging from power outlet items not in use helps to lower the bill amount. The bathroom vanity utilizes three light bulbs. I only use one bulb and it's enough light for the small bathroom. I replaced all the bulbs with compact fluorescent light bulbs. They last long time and save energy. I save about $40 a month or $480 a year.
4. Food prices are high and growing fast! The problem is I never use coupons. When I have them, I forget to bring them to the store. And most are not for the items I buy. Here is my way of saving money on food. I don't go food shopping, if I'm hungry. I make a list of all the items I need and only buy food on the list. I buy chicken and meat on sale and stuff my freezer. I make my own ground chicken and save half of what it costs in the supermarket. I purchase frozen vegetables and make delicious stir-fry by adding small pieces of meat or chicken. I don't buy Soft drinks. Instead I make delicious fruit-flavored Iced-Tea. I purchase store brand to save even more. I am saving about $200 a month or $2400 a year! Cool! I always go shopping with my son. He is so happy, when he sees the $ amount we saved! It's important lesson for a child. We don't buy junk food anymore!
5. I pay the credit card bill right away. I make sure I only purchase what I really need.
I hope this would be helpful to many people and I would update with more saving tips.
